Nikhil Siddharth is an Indian film actor, who is best known in Telugu film industry. After playing cameo roles, he gained huge fame with 2007 Sekhar Kammula’s movie Happy days. Later he went on to feature in solo lead movies like Yuvatha, Swamy ra ra, Surya Vs Surya, Karthikeya and ‘Ekkadiki Pothavu Chinnavada’.
Nikhil Siddharth was born on 1 June 1985 in Begumpet, Hyderabad. He has done his schooling from Hyderabad Public School (HPS), Begumpet. He completed B.E from Muffakham Jah College of Engineering and Technology in Hyderabad. He has also worked as an assistant director for the film Hyderabad Nawaabs.
Nikhil has started his journey in film industry as an assistant director for the film Hyderabad Nawabs. He has starred in several commercially praised films like Yuvatha (2008), Alasyam Amrutham (2010), Veedu Theda (2011), Happy Days (2007). Happy Days is a 2007 Telugu film directed by Sekhar Kammula, where he played the role of Rajesh in this movie.
Talented actor Nikhil got his major breakthrough with the film Swamy Ra Ra opposite Swathi. Once again paired with her in the movie Karthikeya, which was a super hit. His movie Surya Vs Surya was hit at the box-office. Nikhil‘s 2016 movie Ekkadiki Pothavu Chinnavada is a blockbuster hit.
As per the latest reports, Nikhil is soon to make his Bollywood debut. He has recently met ace bollywood director Nagesh Kukunoor and have discussed a subject. The actor gave his nod as he liked the script very much. The movie is going to be made in Hindi and Telugu languages.
He has also roped in for a multi-starrer movie along with huge actor Nagarjuna. The film will be directed by Chandoo Mondet and produced by Nagarjuna himself. Beautiful Malayali actress Anupama Parameswaran will be seen opposite Nikhil in the movie.
Nikhil will be seen in a suspense thriller saga ‘Keshava‘ with a tag line “Revenge is a dish best served cold”. It is being directed by Sudheer Varma and produced by Abhishek Nama. Nikhil will be paired opposite Pellichoopulu fame actress Reetu Varma. The film will hit the screens on 12 May 2017.
